 1. Amino Acids :

✓There are different types of proteins. Each contains about five amino acids. It is made up of 100 amino acids.

✓There are about 22 types of amino acids.

✓When we swallow food containing protein, the proteins in it first break apart and break the protein chain.

✓Amino acids are isolated. Inside the body, those amino acids are put together in a different arrangement according to the body's needs to form new proteins. Proteins). These are body proteins

✓The body itself can also make some amino acids from others. These are called 'Non-Essential' amino acids. Some amino acids cannot be made by the body itself. We should take them in our diet. These 8 are essential amino acids.

✓The proteins in milk and eggs contain all the essential amino acids. So they are the best body building foods. Proteins from other animals (including meat and fish).

✓Best for construction. Vegetarians and those who cannot afford to buy animal proteins. A diet rich in a variety of plant proteins
By supplementing they can get the essential amino acids they need.

✓Many of the amino acids in their diet are not useful for body building, so they are used as fuel for energy.

✓People who do not get enough essential amino acids from their diet become malnourished. However, by eating two types of plant protein at the same time, we can often get the amino acids we need.

✓(eg) Protein in rice lacks two essential amino acids but legumes are good sources of these two acids. So when pulses are mixed with rice it becomes a highly nutritious meal.

✓(eg) Soya flour mixed with wheat flour or roti or chapati is full of nutmeg. A mixed grain diet is better than a single grain diet.

✓A poor family can usually just cook some dark green leafy vegetables and eat them with raw food to provide some protein.

 2 (Enery Yielding Foods):

✓Energy is what the body constantly needs. Just as diesel is the fuel that runs a bus, food is the fuel that powers the body.

✓As labor becomesharder, more energizing food is needed. But even at rest, the body still uses fuel to breathe and the heart beats.

✓When fuel is burned for energy, heat is also produced. During winters, you can keep your body warm by exercising and eating more energy-rich foods.

✓Raw foods are the cheapest sources of energy and are the basis of our diet, high in carbohydrates and low in protein. The type of raw food we eat also depends on our eating habits.
